    • Documents may be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • An acknowledgment email will be sent during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
    • Documents submitted outside business hours will be considered as received on the next business day.

    In-Person Channel: Administrative offices located in each airport and in Lima.
