Did you forget a personal item at one of our airports?

If you are at the airport, please go to the Information module.

If you are no longer at the airport, please write to us at: atencionalusuario@aap.com.pe

  • Characteristics of the object
  • Preferably, attach photos or other elements that allow to identify the object.

We will check if the lost item has been reported as found and will notify you as soon as possible.

Take care of your belongings

In case you have lost an item inside the aircraft, you should contact your airline directly.

Remember that in case of loss, total or partial damage to your luggage or personal belongings, you must approach the staff of the airline from whom you purchased your tickets.
