Arrival and departure procedures

Learn about the national and international boarding and unboarding processes here and take into account our recommendations
01.

Check - in

  •  Arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight departs
  • Go to the check-in modules in case you have checked baggage
  • Checking in through the airline's official channels is recommended to avoid delays
02.

Boarding Pass Control

  • Go through the first control point, where you must present your identity document and boarding pass to enter
  • This access is for passengers only
03.

Security Control

  • Present your ID and boarding pass
  • All passengers are asked to go through a metal detector gantry or inspected using a manual metal detector

Collaborate with the random physical inspections carried out by our staff in compliance with the rules of the aeronautical authority.

 If you have a pacemaker, medical devices such as pins, plates, external metal fixators, cochlear implants, or the like, please let our staff know.

Forbidden items will be discarded and not returned.

  • Keep an eye out for PA announcements.
